1. Check out my post titled "Spray Pen Unplugged" to see how to color the flag. The Spray Pen has lines on it's side for measurment. I filled spray pen with rubbing alcohol to line 7 then added Re-inker until alcohol was up to line 9. Then added 3 drops pearl paint. Spray both sides and let it dry thoroughly.
2. Use Mayberry paper and cut a 3 x 3 piece from B & T paper. You will then cut each corner in towards middle about half way. Do not cut all the way to the middle. Fold in the four corners and secure with liquid glass. Put a brad in the middle.
3. Decorate flag using Rub-ons, Buttons, pinwheel, Bitty Sparkles and Glitter Gglitz. Tie flag with ribbon to a skewer stick.
4. Choose and empty can to decorate. (I used a mixed nuts can). Measure B&T paper to wrap around can. Stamp images on colonial white cardstock. Color with Watercolor Pencils and use Waterbrush to even out coloring and make it look like watercolor. Be careful to not run Waterbrush over black ink or it will smear. Cut images out and adhere to mat (cardstock or B&T paper) that is just larger than cut image. Secure to can with tombow.
5. Remove guard from corner rounder. Cut scallops on B&T paper using corner rounder. Adhere to can with B&T.
6. Fill can with favorite Easter candy. Stick in Flag and give to a friend!
